Returns

- Not show signs of wear, washing, or damage

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item received
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. If you need a different size or color, please contact our support team for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
